Our guide was amazing, he has been the best part of the tour.
Some of the places have been closed and the company should have known before (a historic site is not closed unsuspected for restoration!!!)
I did expect that the guide would accompany the group into all the historic sites, but apparently guides are not allowed in most of the sites.
The film about the battle of the Alamo - well this could be the last part of the tour for those who are interested in.

There was a scheduling mixup on one of the activities and we were redirected to do them out of the original order. We got to see everything as stated but was rushed to see some due to the changes. I was very happy that I decided to go on The Grand Tour. Since I was staying at a hotel approximately 13 miles from downtown San Antonio, I was nervous about the bus picking me up at the promised time 7:55a.m. To my delight and amazement, the bus arrived exactly at 7:55a.m. and then as promised the driver drove me back to my inn after the tour was over. It was a very enjoyable day and I saw all that the brochure had stated we would see. Departure Point:
The Tour leaves the Alamo Visitor Center at 216 Alamo Plaza San Antonio Texas 78205 - Next to the Alamo. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
Complimentary Hotel and RV Pick Up:
Pick up will be at a pre-arranged time prior to the actual tour departure time. Pick up is generally 30-45 minutes prior to the actual tour departure time. Your specific pick up time will be indicated on your confirmation ticket.
Payment:
Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.
Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100% In the event the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
